Transparency

• All Luvieh Jewellery is guaranteed for up to 1 (one) year. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or stray stones.
• If you notice broken or damaged parts in your pieces, send an email to info@luvieh.com, with a photo of the damaged area and your order number.
• You are entitled to 1 (one) full refund within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the jewellery is not worn and/or damaged. Preserve them in their original packaging.
• Send an email to info@luvieh.com to authorize the return or exchange.
• Luvieh Jewellery is not responsible for the cost of shipping the items for return or exchange.
